Motion Design
In my motion design course, we worked with Adobe After Effects to create eye catching projects with a variety of prompts. Below are a few of the projects we worked on throughout the semester.
Sizzle Reel
Roles: Ideation, Illustration, Production
Programs Used: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
Objective: Create an 30 second or under reel for all the projects we worked on in the class. We aimed to make it fast paced and engaging for the viewer as opposed to simply clipping all the projects together.
Netflix Show Title Sequence
Roles: Ideation, Research, Illustration
Programs Used: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
Objective: A brand new film is launching for streaming services. In order to get this show up and running the product team needs some design assets. These include everything from the branding for the title, promotional elements, social trailers, and of course the opening title sequence that the audience will see when they hit “play.”
Poster and Promo Images
Roles: Ideation, Illustration
Programs Used: Photoshop, Illustrator
Objective: Make the Netflix tile and make a advertisement for the film.
