I’m Elizabeth Vogt (better known as E)! I thrive at the intersection of culture and creativity, where strong organization and clear communication are keys to success.

Currently at The Montag Group, I work closely with six agents and 200+ high-level talent across partnerships, events, and day-to-day execution. I balance fast-paced logistics with relationship-driven work. Experiences with Nike, Syracuse Athletics, and USA Water Polo gave me the foundation to work through ambiguity, launch ideas into reality, and build strong teams through cross-functional collaboration.
